Pascale Waschnig is Project manager, special projects, at Trilateral Research.
She focuses on special business change projects (business acquisition, TUPE transfer, corporate transition, personnel relocation and software implementation projects for finance and HR areas for example). In addition, she handles the financial management of grants, tenders and private contracts. She is also responsible for Human Resources and statutory and regulatory reporting for Trilateral.
Pascale has extensive experience in international projects, including both implementation and communication management in the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Trilateral, she worked as a Project Manager for the roll-out of Le Creuset E-commerce website to European and worldwide subsidiaries assisting them with their marketing, and wider commercial and business strategy for E-commerce.
Pascale worked as Business Planning Manager for the South East Health Technologies Alliance (SEHTA), one of the largest health technology networking organisations in the UK, and as European Project Manager for mini-programme for the South East England Development Agency (SEEDA), a government economic development agency, where she was responsible for the remote management of six international delivery teams, communications and web applications development.
Pascale holds an MA in International Trade and Languages as well as project management qualifications (PRINCE 2 Practitioner). Her language skills include fluency in English, French (native), Spanish and German.
